Chalk Storage

Boy oh Boy this Holiday Season is throwing me for a little bit of a loop this year…. I cannot seem to stay on top of everything.  My time management skills have all but disappeared.  The one thing that is suffering most is this here Blog!  My intention is to write Posts three times a week – at least!  But that keeps not happening.  Oh well…. New Years Resolution eh?!!

I do have a quick little storage solution post today.

Chalk is my nemesis.  It drives me nuts.  I love that my kids and neighborhood kids love to play with it out front, but what I don’t love is having it end up all over my yard.  I also don’t love when the whole box gets left out in the rain and ends up a soggy mess.

I have been wracking my brain for a simple solution to keeping it outside for all to use while at the same time solving my storage dilemma.

I got it!  Cheap Mail Boxes!

I also asked Mishelle to use her Silhouette Machine to cut out the word “CHALK” for me!

I adhered the mailbox to the house using two long Masonry Screws made for brick and done!

I adore this Solution!!  It makes keeping track of all that sidewalk chalk a breeze.  The kids always put it away as well… yay no nagging from me.  So nice for a change!!

See You Soon…..
