Another quick Halloween Crafty diy

I wanted to show you another very simple and very quick Halloween Craft… great for a Party!

Mummy Candle Jars.

Supplies:

Mummy Jar Supplies - Primer & Painted Nails

Mummy Jar Supplies 2 - Primer & Painted Nails

I bought the Mason Jars in a 12-pack at the grocery store for around $12… making the jars right at $1 a piece.  Not only will these come in handy for a party, but I can re-use them after the Party to store our leftover paint.

The only other supplies needed for this project are tissue paper streamers, tape, googly eyes and votive candles.

This project literally took me under 15 minutes.

I simply used the tape and wrapped the tissue continuously around the jar and taped it at the top as well.  I then glued on the eyes, popped in the votive candles and D.O.N.E.

I’m not just writing this post to tell you about this project – you can find similar projects all over blogland and pinterestland…. I also wanted to tell you why I am going Halloween Craft Crazy.

Myself and the Hubby along with Mishelle and her Hubby and three other couples are throwing a big Halloween Party this weekend!  We are throwing this party and charging our guests an entry fee all for a good cause.

We are raising money for our kids Elementary School.

We are not the only families throwing “Socials” this year.  Other families have already thrown a Tequila Tasting Party and there is a Casino Party to come in January.

I loved this idea from Day 1!!  Having fun and raising money for the School – Win.  Win.

I will follow up with more project posts and probably some fun party pics too!  There is so much more to share!!

I have also been asked by a special little man to include his project on my Blog Today…. so I will.

Sweet BIT decided to get busy today with a craft of his own.  His supplies were Acrylic Paints, Paint Brushes and a Paper Grocery Bag.
